Perhaps I should've posted this picture yesterday on Halloween? These spikes are located on the Kronborg Castle wall that is facing the inner courtyard. I have no idea what they was used for. I can only hope that they weren't populated with people that needed to be punished because they had been rude to the Danish Royals or something like that. They sit too high on the wall to be coat hangers or pegs to tie horses. And actually they are too close together to be fit for hanging people on them. I suppose this is just another thing to add to the list of "things-I-know-nothing-about-and-will-most-likely-not-know-ever".
