If I had a rusty old bike like this, I'm not sure I would use it. But it makes for some good pictures. Notice the lamp is in good condition. And the lock looks fairly new. Could be that the bike is waiting for a new coat of paint. Or it's the latest and greatest thing when it comes to bicycles, maybe it's an ecological bike?
Haven't seen one of those old light powering dynamos for a thousand years (or so).
