Since it's a foggy morning here today, I'm looking back to this summer day when I went to my home town to take pictures. Actually I went to the dentist and decided to take a later bus home so I could shoot some piccies.
This is a view of the river from the old Karl VII bridge. The river flows through the town and I lived close to it for many years. Once upon a time, when I was much younger than I am today, the winter was so cold, the river froze down to the bottom so I could skate on it. Never happened again. I think that was the same winter I could ski on the sea.... never happened again either.
