These kiddies sit on a fountain in Helsingor, Denmark. There are six different kids around the foot and on top, three dancing women. The detail and different facial expressions of each kid are wonderful. The fountain is located in a small public garden so you can actually sit there looking at this fountain taking in all the details of it. That's what I did.
I love all of those wonderful old ornamental thingies that you have hanging around your town. We probably have some here somewhere, but I can't really remember seeing it - maybe I walk around with my eyes wide closed or something.

ReplyDeleteMany of these things you only see if you look up towards the sky. If you know which part of Brisbane that are the oldest, check there. Preferrably the part where the wealthy used to live in the citys early days.
