Wasn't there a horror movie with that name? This house is definitely not a horror, it's located in the northern part of the city where the decent people live. If you live in the southern part of the city, you're supposed to be uneducated/unemployed/on welfare/foreigner, most likely a combination. Hmm, let's see; I'm well educated, employed, Swedish and I live in the southern part of the city.
It must be quite expensive to live in this house, it has a great view of the sound. I would love to have a view of the sound but I don't want to move to the northern part of the city to get it.
I'd argue that wealth doesn't necessarily mean decent????

It's not just the wealthy that lives in the northern part. It's full of middle class people as well. I like living in the southern part, it has atmosphere with all the different kind of people and restaurants with food from different parts of the world. And the different languages I hear when I'm outside. I like different.
