These birds makes me think of Rod Stewarts old song Sailing, a huge favorite of mine. They're floating on a small piece of ice in the middle of the harbour. One of the first pictures I ever took with my Nikon, just to test the range of course. How far away can an object be and still make a clear picture, you know?
Don't be fooled by the icy settings of this picture, summer is here. I'm just mixing in pictures I took in the beginning of the year for variety.
